Full Service Summary
We specialize in maintaining and looking after your home in your absence. Our goal is to protect you from a variety of problems that can occur in your absence. We know every homeowner is unique and will create a program designed specifically for your needs.
In order for us to give you an accurate price quote, it is important to discuss the relevant details of your home and lifestyle. We want to provide you with the most complete package for your home management needs.
Once we visit your home, finalize the list of services to be performed, and determine how often you would like us to visit your home, we will give you a quote for your review and approval.
If you prefer a higher level of service, there's more, we can customize our Standard House Check with Additional Services (see below) to meet your specific needs.
Terms & Conditions
- Introductory consultations are free.
- Rates start at $25 per visit (+GST). This rate is based on a 25 km radius from Kelowna Airport. Extra mileage is billed at 35 cents per kilometer.
- Services are individually customized after basic house check package.
- Upon agreement to services, homeowner supplies house keys, mailbox keys, car keys if necessary, and any security codes.
- If a problem arises, the owners will be contacted for instruction on how to proceed. If we are unable to contact you we will remedy the situation and arrange for repair from our list of subtrades. When this is necessary, we provide competitive contractor rates +20%.
- Services provided during statutory holidays are invoiced at twice the normal rate.
- After a major storm, there will be an exterior check performed to assess any visible damage.
- Any notice from your alarm company will result in an interior house check.
- Invoices will be sent on the first of the month and are payable upon receipt. NSF charge is $40.

- Home renovations. Minor or major at developer pricing
